User Agreement and Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance and Application of the Agreement

When you register, log in, browse, publish information, download documentation or use other services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this agreement. For paid services, the order page, service description and content confirmed in writing by both parties also apply; in case of conflict, the special agreement for that service prevails.

If you do not agree to this agreement, please stop registering or using the relevant services. The platform will not use standard-form clauses to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You should provide true, accurate and lawful information and update it in a timely manner.
• An account is in principle for use only by you or authorized personnel of your own organization; it may not be sold, rented or lent.
• You should properly keep passwords, verification codes and login devices; if any abnormality is found, contact the platform immediately.
• When using WeChat one-click login, the platform obtains the information needed to identify the account according to the WeChat authorization result, such as openid, unionid, nickname and avatar; the actual scope is subject to the authorization page.

3. Platform Role and Equipment Transactions

PrintM.cn mainly provides information display, supply-demand matching and related technical services. Unless there is a separate written contract, the platform is not the owner, seller, buyer, manufacturer, agent or payment guarantor of equipment published by users themselves.

Publishers should ensure that they have lawful rights to dispose of or use the equipment, images and text, and are responsible for the truthfulness of equipment ownership, condition, parameters, price, taxes and delivery conditions. Passing review only means the information meets basic publishing requirements; it does not constitute certification of equipment quality, trading capability or performance results.

The parties to a transaction should conduct on-site inspection, verification of the parties, ownership verification and sign a written contract themselves. When deposits, cross-border payments, disassembly and transport, and import procedures are involved, the payee and the division of responsibilities should be carefully verified.

4. User-Published Content

When you publish content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to store, display, adapt formats and disseminate the content to the extent necessary for providing, promoting and improving the relevant services. This license does not change the original ownership of rights.

Publishing false equipment, misappropriated images, infringing documentation, illegal content, malicious contact information or information that may endanger the rights of others is prohibited. The platform has the right to take measures according to law such as refusing publication, requiring rectification, restricting display, suspending accounts or cooperating with competent authority investigations.

5. Equipment Documentation License and Commercial Use Restrictions

Permitted scope: within their permission scope, members may use documentation for personal learning, internal equipment maintenance reference of themselves or their own organization, non-profit academic research and non-commercial technical exchange. Necessary citations should keep the content complete and indicate the original author or source, and must not imply endorsement by the original factory, rights holder or platform.

Without the explicit written authorization of the rights holder, the following are prohibited:

• Selling, renting, packaged charging, paid downloads on behalf of others, building paid documentation libraries or profiting through membership sharing;
• Use for paid training, commercial consulting, maintenance service deliverables, publishing or advertising for customer acquisition;
• Bulk crawling, mirroring, public dissemination, uploading to other platforms or removing copyright and safety notices;
• Use for training, fine-tuning or evaluating commercial models, or building commercial knowledge bases, software or derivative products;
• Infringing the intellectual property of manufacturers, authors, publishers or other rights holders in any way.

Membership fees or documentation access fees only correspond to the retrieval, storage, transmission and permission services provided by the platform; they do not mean the platform sells the copyright of documentation, nor do they constitute commercial use authorization. If suspected infringing documentation is found, please contact the platform for verification; the platform will handle it according to law after receiving a qualified notice.

6. Technical Documentation, AI and Safety Responsibility

Equipment has different years, serial numbers, regional versions, options and modification states; the platform cannot guarantee that documentation fully corresponds to your machine. Documentation translation, OCR, historical versions or AI-generated content may contain omissions and errors, and cannot serve as the sole maintenance basis, quality guarantee or safety certification.

Before carrying out maintenance, users should check the model, serial number, version, units, terminal numbers and safety steps, and complete power cut-off, pressure release, mechanical locking and tagout measures according to the on-site situation. High-voltage electrical work, moving parts, lifting, disassembly and safety interlock operations must be performed by personnel with appropriate qualifications or competence.

Losses caused by users violating safety rules, using content beyond the licensed scope, ignoring the original factory’s instructions or operating directly without verification shall be borne by the responsible party according to law. Liability caused by the platform’s intent or gross negligence shall be handled according to law.

7. Paid Services and Permissions

The function scope, price, term and refund conditions are subject to the information displayed at purchase or a written order. Paid permissions are for use by the purchasing account only within the agreed scope; they may not be resold, shared or used to circumvent technical restrictions. If services are restricted due to infringement, abuse, fraud or violation of this agreement, the platform will handle it according to law and the specific order rules.

8. What Personal Information We Process

• Account information: username, mobile number, email, WeChat account identifier and materials you voluntarily provide.
• Publishing and transaction leads: equipment information, photos, region, contact person and the inquiry content you submit.
• Access and security logs: IP address, browser and device type, access time, login status and necessary fault logs.
• Service records: membership permissions, order status, customer service communications and complaint handling records.

We process personal information only to the extent necessary for providing accounts, publishing, contact, documentation permissions, security protection, customer service and legal obligations. Non-essential information is in principle provided at your own discretion.

9. Cookies, Sharing, Retention and Security

The website uses necessary cookies to maintain login status and security verification. Disabling necessary cookies may make login and membership functions unavailable.

We do not sell personal information. We share or disclose information only when authorization is obtained, when necessary to perform services, when cooperating with judicial or administrative authorities according to law, or when protecting major legitimate rights and interests. When third-party services such as WeChat, payment or cloud services are used, the third party will process relevant information according to its own rules.

The retention period of personal information is based on the shortest reasonable period needed to achieve the processing purpose and satisfy legal obligations. We take measures such as access control, permission management and security auditing, but Internet services cannot guarantee absolute security; in the event of a security incident, we will take remedial and notification measures according to law.

10. Your Personal Information Rights

You may apply according to law to inquire, correct, supplement or delete personal information, withdraw non-essential authorization, cancel your account or obtain explanations of relevant rules. To protect account security, the platform may require identity verification. Exceptions apply where otherwise provided by law or where necessary to perform legal obligations.

Platform services are mainly aimed at industry users with full civil capacity. Minors should use the platform under the guidance of guardians and should not publish contact information or conduct equipment transactions on their own.

11. Service Changes, Liability and Disputes

The platform may adjust functions due to maintenance, security, policies or changes in third-party services, and will notify users through reasonable means such as page announcements. For substantive changes involving users’ major rights and interests, more conspicuous notification methods will be used according to law.

Within the scope permitted by law, the platform does not bear vicarious liability for network failures not attributable to the platform, third-party service interruptions, false information published by users, or transaction disputes between users. Any limitation of liability does not apply to circumstances that cannot be limited by law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the people’s court with jurisdiction according to law.
