1. Intellectual Property

The page design, text, charts, programs and brand logos made by the website itself belong to PrintM.cn or the corresponding rights holders. Equipment photos, trademarks, manuals and technical documentation provided by users, manufacturers, authors or other third parties remain owned by the original rights holders; display on the platform does not indicate transfer of rights or an official authorization relationship.

Without the written permission of the corresponding rights holder, the content may not be copied, adapted, distributed, sold, rented, publicly disseminated, mirrored or used in commercial products and services.

2. Equipment Documentation Is for Non-Commercial Technical Exchange Only

Scope of use: the manuals, wiring diagrams, parts documentation, maintenance documents, translations and technical articles provided by the platform are for personal learning, internal equipment maintenance reference of an organization and non-commercial technical exchange only. Downloading or obtaining access permission does not equal acquiring copyright or a commercial use license.

Without the explicit written authorization of the rights holder, the documentation may not be used for sales, paid downloads on behalf of others, paid documentation libraries, paid training, commercial consulting, deliverables of maintenance services, publishing, advertising for customer acquisition, commercial databases, software products or model training; nor may it be redistributed after removing rights notices.

3. Technical and Safety Notice

Different models, years, serial numbers, regional versions and modification states may correspond to different technical requirements. Platform content may come from historical materials, translations, OCR or AI-assisted organization, and may contain version differences, recognition errors or outdated information.

Before any maintenance, disassembly, commissioning or electrical operation, the equipment nameplate, serial number and the manufacturer’s latest manual should be checked, and judgement should be made by qualified technicians together with the on-site condition. When high voltage, moving parts, pressure systems, lifting and safety interlocks are involved, the applicable measures of power cut-off, pressure release, locking and tagout must be carried out. Platform content may not be used as grounds to bypass safety devices, regulatory requirements or professional judgement.

4. Equipment Information and Transactions

Equipment descriptions, photos, quotations and contact information published by users are the responsibility of the publishers. Platform review, ranking or recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of equipment ownership, quality, merchantability, price or performance capability. Buyers and sellers should verify the parties, equipment, ownership, payment and delivery conditions themselves, and agree on responsibilities in a written contract.

5. Reasonable Boundary of Liability

The platform will take reasonable measures according to law to maintain content and system security, but does not guarantee that information is absolutely accurate, that services never fail, or that documentation is suitable for specific equipment. Losses caused by users operating without verification, violating safety rules, using content beyond the licensed scope, or by false information published by third parties shall be borne by the responsible party according to law.

This notice does not exclude liability that the platform should bear according to law for intent or gross negligence, nor does it limit the non-waivable rights that consumers or users enjoy according to law.

6. Infringement Notices

If a rights holder believes that website content infringes their legal rights, they may submit the specific page URL, proof of ownership, proof of identity, contact information and handling requirements to info@printm.cn. We will take necessary measures according to law after verification.

7. Third-Party Links and Governing Law

Third-party websites are independently operated by their operators; please read their terms and privacy policies before visiting. This notice is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if negotiation fails, shall be handled by the people’s court with jurisdiction according to law.
