Specific functions, fees and validity periods are subject to the Member Center, the purchase page or a written order.
Permitted Uses of Documentation
- Personal learning and non-profit research.
- Auxiliary reference for internal equipment maintenance by yourself or your own organization.
- Small-scale technical exchange not for profit, with the source, author and safety notices retained.
Prohibited Uses of Documentation
- Copying for sale, renting, paid downloads on behalf of others, paid sharing or building paid documentation libraries.
- Use for paid training, commercial consulting, maintenance service deliverables, publishing or advertising for customer acquisition.
- Bulk crawling, mirroring websites, dissemination through public cloud drives or uploading to other platforms.
- Use for commercial databases, software products, model training or other derivative commercial development.
- Removing or covering copyright notices, trademarks, sources or safety warnings.
Equipment Information and Images
By publishing equipment information, the seller confirms that they have lawful rights to the content and licenses the platform to use and adapt the content for display, review, promotion and service provision. This license does not affect the seller’s original rights, nor does it permit publishers to misappropriate third-party photos or documentation.
About Paid Permissions
Paying membership fees, download service fees or other service fees grants account access or platform services within the agreed period and scope; it is not a purchase of the copyright of equipment documentation, nor does it automatically grant permission for republication, redistribution or commercial use.
