Basic Requirements for Placement

- Equipment advertisements should use real photos and clearly state the condition of the equipment; third-party information must not be misappropriated.
- Promoting illegal products, infringing content, fraudulent projects or businesses clearly unrelated to the platform’s professional positioning is not allowed.
Review and Launch
All advertising and cooperation content must pass compliance and layout review. The platform may require supplementary qualifications or material modifications, and may reject content that does not meet the requirements. The specific position, period, price, number of revisions and conditions for removal are subject to the plan or contract confirmed in writing by both parties.
Performance Explanation
The platform may provide statistics such as impressions, clicks or inquiries based on actual capability, but does not promise fixed exposure volume, search rankings, number of inquiries, transaction results or return on investment. Differences in results caused by market demand, material quality, placement period or changes in third-party platforms do not constitute a breach by the platform, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Materials and Data
Advertisers authorize the platform to display, adapt and disseminate placement materials within the agreed scope and period. Without separate consent, neither party may use personal information obtained during the cooperation for marketing beyond the agreed purpose, nor sell or illegally share related data.
